Dwell Aparthotels

We had an amazing stay at Dwell Aparthotels in Kingston, Ontario! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great shops, dining, and everything we wanted to explore. The apartment itself was beautifully designed: simple, modern, and luxurious all at once. We especially loved the cozy robes, the spacious layout, and how clean everything was. The shower was fantastic, and the high-quality soaps were a really nice touch. Parking was conveniently close by, and overall the value for our stay was absolutely worth it. We would happily return and highly recommend Dwell Aparthotels to anyone visiting Kingston! Also the spa pass was so nice!! A really great add on!

This was our second time staying with Dwell Aparthotels and our preferred place to stay when visiting Kingston. It really is a home away from home with kitchen, laundry, linen, sitting & dining spaces and private bedrooms. The location is great! A few minutes walk to Princess Street where there are an abundance of shops and dining options. As we are a larger family we tend to stay in the three bedroom units and it so nice to be able spread out and have our own space when necessary. Communication is clear and helpful with both check-in and check-out. Overall a 10/10

The whole apartment was clean and roomy, beautiful decorated. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer made out trip easier. Also the location was good, close to the restaurants and shops. We had good time staying in the apartment.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit in Colby house with my friends for a long weekend and it far exceeded our expectations!! The building was BEAUTIFULLY renovated with high quality furniture/appliances and materials. It felt very luxurious. The locally sourced bathroom products were a very nice touch. We will definitely stay with Dwell next time we are in Kingston, I would highly recommend it to anyone. I booked direct instead of using Airbnb and the process was smooth and professional.

I booked the Colby House for a family stay, and it was everything we needed and more. The service from the start was exceptional — we were permitted to check in early and check out late, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. It was a generous amount of space (we were a group of six), with plenty of room for entertaining, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The moment we walked in, the place felt clean, the décor was thoughtfully curated, and the ambiance was exceptional. I would definitely book a stay with Dwell Aparthotels again in the future!

The place was amazing. Super clean, spacious and well equipped. Communication was excellent, checking in and out was easy and seamless. I loved it there.

We had a wonderful stay at Dwell Aparthotels Parkview. Liv was very friendly, proactive and communicative throughout and provided very helpful instructions to reach the place and check-in. The apartment is in a great location, just opposite a nice park and within walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops and the waterfront! The apartment itself is really compact and spotless, it is exactly as advertised! What really stood out for us is despite it being a little small, it is very aesthetically and thoughtfully done, with great use of space. It did not feel cluttered at all! This place is highly recommended when you visit Kingston!

Our stay was at the Sexton 3 bedroom location. Everything was smooth interacting with the hosts. The location is great, a short walk to princess street and 10 minute walk to the waterfront. The unit is very nice, bed are comfortable lots of living space. The kitchen is fully equipped. One bedroom is in the loft so open to down below but feels private, access to that room is up quite a steep stair so not recommended if you have mobility issues.
